 Bozdağ Ski Centre has been founded in Bozdağı within the limits of Bozdağ town in Ödemiş county of Izmir Province. Bozdağ is the name of both the town and the mountain and the ski centre.The curly land road rising from the town leads to Bozdağ Ski Centre.
It is possible to ski from December til March in Bozdağ Ski Centre. Under normal weather conditions the thickness of the snow is about 80-120cm in Bozdağ Ski Centre. Bozdağ Ski Centre is under the Mediterranean climate.
The ski area in Bozdağ Ski Center is at 1528-2157m altitude. Bozdağ Ski Centre presents an adequate atmosphere especially for Aphine Style Skiing on the north-face side of the mountain.
There are 2 teleskies (T.Bar) in the centre. These are 650m rising to 1200m slope, 450m rise 900m slope capacitied. Also in Bozdağ Ski Centre there is a chair-lift. The capacity of the facility is 1549m rise and moves 1000 people per hour.
Bozdağ Ski Centre has become a resort that skiers often come to. There is a 1500 vehicle capacitied car park in Bozdağ Ski Centre. Bozdağ Ski Center is 150 km away from Izmir Torbalı region, 130km away from Salihli region. It is possible to access Bozdağ Ski Centre by bus or private vehicles from the city center.
